Payment Information
Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on most orders within the UK. For expedited Next-Day delivery, a small fee is calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 working days. If you place your order before 3 PM (Mon-Fri), we dispatch it the same day. Next-Day delivery options are available for urgent needs.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive an immediate confirmation email. Once your order is packed and dispatched, we will send you a second email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, a digital VAT invoice is automatically sent to your email address upon purchase. A printed packing slip will also be included in your parcel.

How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately at +44 7985 186087 or email support@fonalize.co.uk. If the item has already shipped, you will need to follow our Returns procedure once it arrives.
How do I check my order status?
You can track your order using the “Track Your Order” link in our menu or by clicking the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.
Can I make changes to my order?
We process orders very quickly. If you need to change an address or item, call us immediately. Once an order is processed by our warehouse, we cannot make changes, but we can assist with a return or exchange.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna for buy-now-pay-later options.
