Fast & Reliable Dispatch

At Fonalize, we know how important it is to receive your order quickly. That’s why we offer same-day dispatch for orders placed and paid for before 3 PM on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. While we work hard to ship your orders as soon as possible, please note that our same-day dispatch service does not apply on bank holidays.


Order Updates & Tracking

We keep you informed every step of the way. Once you place an order, you’ll receive regular email updates about its status. If you don’t see these emails, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

When your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number along with details of the courier company, so you can easily track your order’s journey to your doorstep.


Free Standard Shipping & Delivery Time

Fonalize is pleased to offer free shipping on eligible orders, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days. While we always aim to deliver on time, shipping durations may vary based on your location and unforeseen factors. Rest assured, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you promptly.


Next-Day Delivery

Need your order urgently? We offer a next-day delivery option for an additional fee. While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays or weather conditions) may impact delivery times. If any delays occur, we will notify you and work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


Our Trusted Delivery Partners

We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries, known for their reliability. Depending on your location or the nature of your order, we may also use other trusted couriers like DPD or FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.


Delays & Lost Parcels

  • If you selected next-day delivery and your order is delayed, we will refund the shipping cost.
  • Orders with free shipping are not eligible for shipping refunds in case of delays.
  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund after 15 working days from the shipping date.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered with, or resealed, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. This ensures you are protected from any potential loss.

If you accept a compromised package and later find an issue, please contact the courier company to document the problem, as this evidence will be needed for any refund or replacement request. Accepting a damaged package without reporting it may impact our ability to assist you.


Proof of Non-Delivery

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please provide valid evidence of non-delivery within 10 days of the delivery date. Contact the courier for clarification and forward their response to [email protected]. Please note that complaint references alone are not sufficient; we require formal evidence from the courier to process a claim.
